Retail Lease Agreements for small businesses fees $600.00 plus GST, plus disbursements.

Includes review of the lease agreement by a lawyer for the purpose of determining whether it is commercially  reasonable.  You will also receive advice as to the terms of  the agreement and negotiated revision of any minor changes if  required.

NOTE-The above price is for a normal transaction of a property within the City of Lethbridge.  Extra fees and  disbursements may be charged for transactions with  complications and for redrafting of any non-acceptable lease  terms.
